Background and Objective: Corn has the potential to be developed because of its various benefits. Weed growth is the cause of low corn productivity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the efficiency of the herbicide treatment combination in suppressing weed growth with a no-tillage system. Materials and Methods: The research was carried out from August to December, 2022 at the Technopark Experimental Field, Universitas Majalengka. The method used in this study was through a randomized group design treatment trial with a factorial pattern with the herbicides paraquat (P1) 0.257 kg ha–1, (P2) 0.514 kg ha–1 and (P3) 0.771 kg ha–1 and Nicosulfuron (N1) 0.040 kg ha–1, (N2) 0.080 kg ha–1, (N3) 0.120 kg ha–1 and (N4) 0.160 kg ha–1. The results of this experiment were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Results: The highest level of efficiency was in the results of the P3 analysis, namely paraquat 0.771 kg ha–1 with an increase in growth of 7.75%, an increase in yield of 3.28% was comparable to an increase in the cost of 7.19%. Conclusion: The application of herbicides in suppressing weed growth affects the number of costs incurred in the system without tillage and plant growth and production yields obtained.
